Event Helper Daemon Analysis: White Queen, Imari and Humpty Dumpty

White Queen

Bond Effects

Compassion (lvl 80): Increases 20% of Max HP

Event Skill: Increase Event Points by 33% – 100%

Opinion

White Queen joins a growing group of Assist daemons that aid survival. 20% boost to Max HP is a sizeable increase and would help more fragile daemons survive.

DaemonBase Bond HP Buff / DMG reductionLevel Unlocked

White QueenAttack20% HP Buff80
Nibelunga RingHP10% DMG reduction70
HatsuneAttack15% HP Buff80

So far, White Queen provides the highest percentage HP buff, a good 5% more than Hatsune, with the same ability and same level requirements.

Unfortunately Mitama’s penchant for releasing 4 Star Assists that unlock at level 80 have not gone unnoticed. 250 Mochi (or a combination of invokers, 4 Star Orbs and Mochi) is still a lot to pay for this ability, even though it is a better deal than Hatsune.

Soul of a noble (lvl 80): Increase number of Soulstones received from battle by 20%.

Event Skill: Increase Skill DMG by 33% – 100%

Opinion

Imari is a farming daemon that boosts the soulstone rate received from battle. Noticeably missing from her skill description is the line ‘only takes effect one time to the team’. What this means is that she is similar to the Tree Of Wisdom and multiple copies of Imari can be bonded to the team, each increasing the rate of soulstones received from battle.

For those players frequently in Soulstone deficit, Imari is a fantastic solution. And since she needs 5 copies for her skill to be unlocked, players would typically trade 5 copies rather than combining trades with orbs, so that she can be sealed into 5 copies again. If all 5 copies were bonded to your farming team you would get an astronomical 100% boost in Soulstones reaped from battle.

To put things into perspective:

DaemonFarming AbilityLevel LockCostStackable?
Sherlock Holmes (LB0)15% Drop Rate 70200 Mochi (LJS Trade)No
Sherlock Holmes (LB2)15% Drop Rate20% EXP80200 Mochi (LJS Trade) + 2 Orbs OR 50/50 on 100 InvokersNo
Tree of Wisdom10% EXP10% Soulstones70200 Mochi (LJS Trade) OR 50/50 on 100 InvokersYes (but difficult to get multiple copies – orbed copies cannot be sealed)
Imari20% Soulstones80250 Mochi (Helper trade 5 copies)Yes (able to trade multiple copies)
Dead Sea Scrolls* 15% EXP20% Soulstones80300 Mochi (Exchange daemon traded 75-100-125)N/A: Not an assist daemon
Mystery Bag*20% Soulstones62N/A: Conquest event 3*N/A: Not an assist daemon

On one hand one can already get a fantastic soulstone boost from a practically free daemon, the Mystery Bag. However, one cannot run multiple copies of her on the team and that team would have terrible survival even if it was allowed by game play. Imari is quite costly in terms of Mochi, but the ability to stack multiple copies of her onto other farming daemons with EXP and drop rate boosts increases the yield one gets especially from tower events and farming dungeons like Boss Arise and the Evening EXP dungeon.

Humpty Dumpty

4 ★ Assist Divina/Phantasma/Anima

Stats

Max/MLB Attack: 7500/9195

Max/MLB HP: 7000/8582

Bond Effects

Base bond effect: Increases Max HP

The Gourmet (lvl 80): Increases 5% of Skill DMG dealt at the start of each wave.

Event Skill: Increase Drop Rate by 33% – 100%

Opinion

Humpty Dumpty is a light version of wave stacking damage boosters like Kay Kagen and Grandmaster Shinmen. Kay and Shinmen increases their bonded daemon’s damage dealt, which includes both skill damage and auto attacks, by 4% each wave. Humpty Dumpty provides a 5% boost per wave, but is limited to skill damage.

Per wave damage and skill damage boosts are most often utilized in the Endless Mode. Skill DMG typically maxes out faster than auto attack damage – Siren and Otakemaru are the main culprits. While 1% extra per wave compared to Kay and Shinmen is effectively 25% more, it becomes a good deal less significant compared to Siren’s 15% and Otakemaru’s 25% per wave skill boosts.

In general Kay and Shinmen are much preferred over Humpty Dumpty for their boosts to both auto and skill attacks. But for players without either of them then Humpty Dumpty is a weaker alternative to clear the Endless Challenge faster.
